What should I do? everything was running smoothly until I rebooted. Just before I rebooted AVG antivirus detected a trojan dropper.delf.cx Could a trojan do this to my computer??

Thats right, 14 is correct. Do you have a motherboard that supports it? I have a 2.8c and I have it at 238 FSB and it runs at 3332 MHz. Again, do you have an 800 FSB motherboard?

ic7 - 800mhz.

I pulled the battery & that seemed to work. I however still have this damned virus..

Virus. Well do a low level format and a fresh install of windows and you should be fine then.
