First off here are the specs of the machine that I have put together:

DFI LanParty DK P35-T2RS (unknown BIOS)
Intel Dual Core E5200 @ Stock
G.SKILL F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ PC2-8000 4GB
Corsair TX750 750W Power Supply
XFX HD5770 1GB Video Card
Port 0/1 2 x WD Black 500GB (RAID0)
Port 2/3 2 x WD Green 1.5TB (RAID1)
Port 4/5 2 x LG GH22NS50 Black 22X SATA DVD Writer
Onboard Sound/NIC
Logitech Illuminated KB/MX518
Antec 300 Case

When I power the machine fans turn on etc but I get no post indications. There is no speaker with the Antec 300 so I am not able to hear any BIOS codes. I am running the RAM in slots 1-3 and having built a fair number of machines I feel comfortable saying that it is wired correctly.

The only thing I have not connected yet is the floppy power connector which according to the manual is for dual graphics card configurations only. I am going to try that now and report back.

Anything else to try and look at please let me know.

Step one, find a speaker to plug in, beep codes are really important.

Unplug everything except CPU and power supply. Turn on, listen to beep codes. Odds are you will either get no beeps (bad thing, could be mobo) or beeps that when looked up will indicate a RAM problem. turn off, put RAM in 1 stick at a time. Turn on. If no beep code and no POST, bad RAM.

I've had this same situation before, bad RAM prevented a POST, no even a beep code.
