Would anything happen if i use, lets say a 600watt PSU with my crappy dell thats running a pentium 4 (Northwood) @ 3.1 GHz and 512 mb of RAM. Is it possible that there is too mcuh power?

P.S has anyone heard anything good about Ultra PSU (X2 and X-finity)?

Nope. It will only draw what it needs.

Ultra makes good power supplies, except the X-Connect (from 2004 and 05). Everything else is solid

umm..can an1 tell me if i can get one like the one i listed except modular?

Thanks You

From OCZ? No. There's the ST75F, though. But for the system you're describing, that's overkill. The HX520 linked earlier is $60 cheaper, and works well. Any reason not to use it?
