overclocking with 2gigs on amd64

would this be a problem if I wanted to try. I know in the past if you populated your system with 4 dimms they slowed down. with the amd64's controller being on die is this still a problem. Also on the nforce motherboards do they have a working diviser so I can run the memory slower. If i recall correctly on the nforce2's it didnt work stably, I am hoping its changed for the newer chipsets. Any good information would be appreciated. Also if your wondering why i need that much memory I plan on playing eq2 and it really is memory intensive.
