Overclocking while in windows?

There any kind of program available that does this? My bro got a gigabyte board today with that overdrive program, seems to let him overclock and test the cpu to make sure its stable. Im currently using an abit bd7-2 mainboard. Anything like that overdrive for this kind of board?
 
There is a program that lets you raise fsb from the os. I forget the name though....google it.
