If you overclock a graphics card, does it decrease the life span dramatically? Can anyone give me examples or whatever please? Thank you
 
If you overclock too far without proper cooling, you will damage the card over time. Personally, I have been running my 9800pro at 450/375 for a year now, no problems at all. I ran my TI4200 for 2 years overclocked and it never gave me problems. I always have good cooling, like a fan blowing across the card and upgraded gpu hsf. Overclocking does decrease the lifespan though. Like I always say, if you cannot afford to replace it, dont overclock it. ;)
