I'm always hearing about "OC ur processor man, dude do it, get more power" or "omfg oc ur piece of shit to get awesome speed man, dude!" So ofcourse I OC'd my 2.4c to 3.2ghz, with 1:1 ratio on the FSB (Corsair 1gig XMS) So I'm smooth'n along play'n some games, do'n some different photoshop stuff.....but I'm wondering if it really has an effect on my machine...I mean it "seems" like my photoshop stuff renders .4 seconds faster....or my games are a few fps faster. But what I'm getting at is, i wanna know what Overclocking has done for you, and do you think it's worth the extra stress on ur system, instead of maybe just letting a 2.4 be a 2.4 and just save money for your Ultimate dream system every 2 years....thoughts
