Overclocking Ram Problem.

I have a MSI K8TNeo and A64 3200+ stock.
I also have DDR-266 ram.
In BIOS, in the MEMCLOCK mode, whenever I make adjustments, they never apply to the ram.. Timings, higher ram Memclock, it nevers differs from default..

and i have some what decent ram too.. Kingston Nanya ValueRam.. i did a little article searching, and found that the ram i have overclocks decently. someone reported getting a stick of 2100 and getting speeds close up to 3200.. so i think its not my ram.. but =\
