How do I know when to raise the voltage when overclocking? I have a AMD Phenom 2 945 running at 3.1 ghz at stock voltage. Should I increase the voltage and if not when should I do so when overclocking it?

Also, it seems when I overclocked it, the memory speed also changed. Am I supposed to also somehow adjust that?

Do I have to adjust the speed of anything else such as HT?

You increase the voltage when you reach a point where your CPU is not stable at higher frequencies using your current voltage setting.
