I have a 2.4C @ 3.0 (250FSB) right now. The memory im using is 512x2 Corsair XMS DDR400. For some odd reason i cant get past 250 FSB without it kicking out. I have it at a 3:2 Ratio in the bios but even if i drop it lower it still wont go past 250. I had the same ram but in 2x256 modules and it let me overclock to like 280-290. whats going on with this?

what are your temps?
have you burned it in?
how long have you had it?
what is your case / hsf / airflow like?
what is your PSU?
have you run Prime95 for 24hrs?
have you run memtest86 for overnight?
