Ok I have a zalman 7000B-Cu in my Q-pack right now. I was wondering if I could cool it better on water with a $100 budget? (yeah I know its not much) Also I have heard that systems with integrated gfx don't overclock as well. Is this true, and if so why? (srry i think I put this in the pic gallery last time) :(
 
You might be able to do it, but you would proly end up with low end parts. There is a sealed CPU only water cooler type kid from... I cant remeber which company actualy, but I believe it runs under 100%, has the pump and block in 1 and then has the rad and fan. but I dont see this thing giving great cooling. Also, what mobo do you have? or plan on getting? The foxconn and the biostar are fairly good overclockers for mATX.
 
wc on a budget of $100 is a waste, dont even bother. I have tried it with one of those "all in one" type water coolers. Worthless performance, actually ran hotter and made more noise than my Zalman 7000 did.
 
The integrated graphics northbridge gets hot quickly, even when it's off, since data is still moving through it (I don't know what data specifically, but that's the only viable explanation). If you put an aftermarket HS or HSF on the northbridge and southbridge, you will get better OC results, almost garaunteed (sp?).
