overclocking my e6700

I've had my e6700 for about a year now and I finally want to oc it . I have a asus silent square 120 mm heatsink and a antec 900 case so the airflow is good and have 4 gb of gskill ram at. 5-5-5-15 with a abit ip35 -e. Just wondering what you guys think on how high I can oc this and it being stable
 
You should be able to comfortably hit 3ghz, probably more like 3.4. This may require a slight increase in vcore thoughl.
