Overclocking my 9800XT

I just got a 9800XT, and I was wondering what utility to use to overclock it. The ATI utility only O'C's about 7Mhz, and with my old 9800PRO AIW I was able to O'C at least 20Mhz with no artifacts using Rad Clocker.

So back to my main question, what is the best/easiest/most reliable utility for overclocking this card, and what speeds should I be able to reach safely? This is an ATI 9800XT.

Also, should I get the Omega 4.2's, or just stick with the ATI ones?

470 core and 380 memory is a modest and acceptable oc. Really good cards oc to 500 core and 400+ memory with stock cooling.

470 Really? With DDR thats like 760 ram right? What would be considered a safe temperature. With the ATI utility (OVERDRIVE), which OC's about 7MHz, my temperatures are about 66C idle and 70-75C load. What would it be at 470?

Also, how do I know if I'm OC'ing too high? I did install artifact tester with the omega drivers...
