Overclocking My 9500 to HELL

well not really hell, but somewhere away from stock I currently have it @360/278 with the stock HSF. I want to buy a VGA cooler or just buy a Socket A HSF and mount it. I don't want to spend more than $20 on this project. I already have extra AS5. Here are some options i've been looking at.

so get the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer Revision 3? I just want the best one of those three. A link with them compared would be nice

Some people have used this in the past:

You'd have to drill holes in it and get screws to go through your videocard's mounting holes, though. It's not a drop-in solution like the vga silencer.
