Overclocking memory with e5200

hello. i am getting a great overclock with my pentium dual-core E5200. it's at 3.75ghz, with about 1.3v. my memory is running at its clocked speed, DDR2 1000mhz, at around 1000mhz. in my bios, i can try to run the memory at 1200mhz, but whenever i try to post with that RAM speed, it fails. do i need to give it more voltage to successfully OC the RAM? i'm not new to overclocking, but i'm open to suggestions. i'm happy with my 3.75ghz OC but i'd like to push my RAM too.
 
Try loosening the timings a bit before you throw more voltage at it. If your RAM is 5-5-5-15 try bumping things to 6-6-6-18 at stock voltage. The increased bandwidth should offset the increased latency. If that doesn't work try bumping the voltage up with the loosened timings and see if you can't get it stable. I wouldn't go much above maybe .02v above the rating and I would add additional cooling. So if its rated for 2.0v I think 2.2v with a fan on them should keep things running without issues.
