Overclocking issues.

I recently had my PC overclocked from 3.0 to 3.445 on a stock heathsink and fan. I brought it back to a stock speed to do a fresh install of windows. After the install, whenever I overclock it any amount, it doesn't boot up. Any suggestions on what might be going on?
 
You probably changed something in the BIOS that is different from before. Double check your BIOS settings.
