I am new to overclocking and I was wandering if someone could help me overclock my i7 920 step by step.

I really need detail instuctions, because I havent done this before.

My PC Specs are:

CPU: QuadCore Intel Core i7-920, 2800 MHz (21 x 133)
CPU COOLER: CoolerMaster V10

MBO: Asus P6T Deluxe V2

RAM: XMS3 CM3X2G1600C x3
2 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM (9-9-9-24 @ 666 MHz) (8-8-8-22 @ 592 MHz) (6-6-6-16 @ 444 MHz)
[Why its not 1600 MHz? ]

GPU: Sapphire Radeon 6970 2GB DDR5

SSD: OCZ-VERTEX3 ATA Device (SATA-III)

HDD: ST31000340AS ATA Device (1000 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)


Current temps are ~45 celsius
