Overclocking FX-55 Clawhammer

Hey guys,

My system is beginning to show its age and I want to begin overclocking my FX-55 CLAWHAMMER 120nm chip.

Before I continue, my specs are:

AMD FX55 Clawhammer
Asus A8N Sli Delux Mobo
Pqi Ram 2x1gb sticks (2gb) 3-4-4-8 latency DDR 400MHz pc 3200
8800gts
OCZ 700W power supply

I also just bought the Zalman CNPS9700 LED 110mm CPU fan

Now I think my 2 main problems would be my RAM latency and the fact that I have the Clawhammer and not the San Diego Chip.

Has anyone overclocked this with similar settings?
I just want to get an idea of how far I can push this chip before I go ahead and do so.

What would be my main concerns with my set up?

i was able to get 3.0 with the same cooler, with just changing the CPU multiplyer up, the beauty of the FX's.

Hmm just the multi and not the FSB?

Was it the Clawhammer or San Diego? What was the temp?

dont worry about the latency, just loosen the timings if necessary

try upping the multi first, thats the big bonus of the fx series, also when overclocking the multi it wont effect your ram.
