Overclocking from in the OS

Is there any way to overclock my computer from inside the OS?
my pc stats are in my signature...

If you get a nforce 2 mainboard even nVidia it self has a windows overclocking utility. It don´t run well for me though.
 
its bad because its not as trustworthy as the bios... i just dont like the idea... now were gonna get all these kids comin in and saying "i only put the slider as high as it would go, and it crashed! where can i return this POS?!?"

we get that for all OCing,the advantage of doing it in the OS is no restarting to see if its stable

the only software OCing ive done was with my via mini-itx board, got it from 600 to 900 mhz completly stable :D

anyone besides me locked out of the advanced options menu in nVidia System Utility?
