OK... for some reason I never thought to ask: When overclocking your video cards in SLI, are they BOTH overclocked... or simply one of them? What I mean is that I have 2 XFX 7800 GT Extreme Editions in SLI, and I use nVidia's default overclocking utility. It never gives me the option of: Card 1, Card 2 overclocking separating the 2 for individual overclocking.

My current OC is a modest 480/1.17 for my 7800 GT EE's...or am I dreaming to think they are overcloked at all? Though I did notice slightly faster frame rates with incremental overclocking in benchmarks and slightly higher scores in 3dmark06 (7015 normal; 7536 current overclock).

Anyone?

Both cards always run identical clocks in SLI mode... It's definitely been asked and answered here before.

So, yes, when you overclock, it overclocks both cards.
