I have a shuttle anniversary edition, with P4 800mhz FSB and a 3.0Ghz w/HT. My prob is with CS and CS only. For some reason due to the over clock i get weird glitches on the screen when displaying names and such. I have a Radeon 9800pro 128mb ATI card and the latest drivers. Halo, CoD, and all other games love the overclock 15x225 for 3385mhz but CS hates it for some reason. My screen looks http://www.defianceindustries.net/images/csprob.JPG
Like This Any thoughts? Try different Drivers? Prime95 seems fine.

Perhaps it is because the engine of the game you're playing is approximately 7 (SEVEN) years older than the hardware you're tying to play it with.

Move on people :p

ya the AGP is locked. i tried upping voltage, setting voltage to auto, and nothing. i updated to omegas newest drivers (4.2) and nothing. It gets worse the higher i overclock, but seems to be the only thing affecting it. I play CS competitively(CAL) so quiting isnt really an option :p
