Overclocking an intel board...software?

I am wanting to squeeze a few extra mhz outta my intel d945gccr and a p4 805d. I know this board isn't exactly an overclockers dream, and I cannot find a single adjustment in the BIOS. This was partially expected since I got the combo for under $100, but is there anything I can do? Any software, BIOS unlocks?

I personally had this chip upto 3.8 on my old rig before i went to c2duo, but I just want the mobo to let me get to at least 3.0.

Anything I can do? Halfway simple mods?
