Overclocking an AMD 2500+

A buddy of mine owns an AMD 2500+ (non-mobile) with a MSI K7N2 Delta-L motherboard. He has the stock heatsink :rolleyes: but he would like to over clock.

Does anyone know if the boards a good overclocker?
And ideas on how high it might be able to overclock?

if you could help me out with any recommendations that would be great.
