Okay here is my set up

A64 2800+ s754 w/retail hsf (40-45 idle, 50-55 load)
Abit nf8 bios 15
Corsair 2 x 256 pc3200
Wd 800jb
Antec Sonata + 380w psu + 2 case fans ( case temps 33-35c idle, 41 load)

My question is with pc3200 i do not wish to overclock the ram, how do i use dividers etc to overclock my chip to say 2-2.2 ghz safely without ruining any components. Thanks

I oced my 2800+ to 2ghz on 1.28 volts
then oced it to 2.4ghz on 1.4 volts

Both with pc2700 ram (generic/not even value) oc/ed to pc 3200 (1gig) 2.5-3-3-6

STABLE

I would get some better cooling before you o/c, 55C load is high and won't leave much room for overclocking.

Thats pretty nice, where do i find divider settings etc in bios, ive searched all over :(

Well i am a tard with this new bios 15, i cant find overclocking settings worth a damn. All i see is HTT frequency 1x,2x...6x, LT downstream, and change fsb\multiplier, ram timings, and voltages, which doesnt really help if i dont want to o\c my ram and just my cpu.
