Overclocking a socket 5 CPU?

I have a real old ALR case with 2 166mhz socket 5 CPU's in it. I am wondering how one overclocks something like this. There are no jumbers on it so would I have to do some soldering to get things oc'ed?

If its not possible, or not a good idea then just say so :)
