Last night i began testing the limits of my cpu, before i explain anything else i will say what i have for a setup....

I have the amd64 3200+ winchester, and K8N Neo4 Plat., i think thats all you need, anything else just ask.

Anyone I first had a question about how to raise my vcore. In my bios it only has a way to raise my vcore by a percentage, and right now i am running like 30C/37-41C idle/load, so i have room to up my vcore now. I am on air with 4 80mm case fans and a zalman heatsink with fan, the copper "flower" one and there is also the fan on my psu. So i have a good amount of cooling, also have arctic silver 5.

I currently raised my vcore by the max percent, like 8.8 and it went from 1.38 to 1.53 V, so it was a good jump. However the first thing i ask, is at my temp is it ok to raise the voltage more? I would think it is, and also how could i raise it more?

The reason i wanted to raise it more is because i wanted to overclock my cpu to about 2.6 ghz, and right now i am currently testing my setup at about 2.47 ghz, which i thought was bad, because prime95 threw an error when testing at 2.5 ghz with the vcore raised, and i have talked to people who got 2.6ghz on air without raising the vcore. I know that every piece of hardware is different, but what do you think of my situation, am i just screwed and got a bad cpu for overclocking, or do you think that there are some other things i could do?
 
Well it sounds like you have already read it, but here is the obligatory link to Eclipse's A64 Overclocking Guide. My guess initially is that you might have the HT Link multiplier still set to 5x. If so, drop it to 3x. There is no performance difference whatsoever.

Your temps are great. But you still don't want to push the voltage too high. I managed to get my 3000+ Venice to 2.4Ghz on stock voltage, so you really shouldn't need all those volts. Raise it in small increments, 1.53 is pretty high and could shorten the lifespan of your CPU.

Other possiblity: your memory is holding you back. Try dropping the memory divider to 180Mhz or 166Mhz. (all this stuff is explained in the guide I linked.)

I have my memory set real low right now, it is at 100 i think, because i am just trying to figure out what i can clock mine to, i though that i shouldve been able to go higher on air cooling, so i will check it when i get home, it is running prime 95 for my 2.48 ghz setting, so if that isnt stable, something is wrong, thanks for help by the way, and yes i did read that guide, i have been following it, and more ideas are welcome.

Also i believe that my HT link multiplier is dropped down, but i will check it to make sure.
 
Also, i did raise my voltage in small increments, its just that prime95 kept throwing an error, so i was told to raise teh cpu voltage to try to make it stable, we will see if it works. And i will try what you said.
 
Well it sounds like you are still in the stage of finding your CPUs limit. 2.48 Ghz is a little low for a 3200+, but it is possible that could be your CPUs ceiling. It's still a 480Mhz overclock and nothing to be upset about. But I'm sure you were expecting better and from reading around these forums, most A64's will go higher.
