Overclocked sapphire 9600xt

i noticed while playing call of duty that my fps seems a little better when my card is at stock settings...(499core and 299memory) and a little worse when oc'd at 560 and 314... why is this? ..maybe i should try a couple others too..

Do you have Farcry to try out??

I would like to know what stock vs. overclocked.

That is weird that stock has more fps than overclocked.

Try overclocking the core to about 520 and the mem to about 330. Or somewhere around those numbers. It seems like your clock is to high and your memory isnt high enough.

I'm running Farcry with 543/343(686).
