As 6950 has the potential with its unlocked to overclock and match the speed of 6970. But doing this is on our own risk as it voids the warranty. So is there vendor that provides a pre-configured flashed multiplier that will match the speed of 6970?

MSI did a hell of a good job with MSI Lightening 2 580 3GB. It not only preforms better than a classic 580 but its power consumption and heat level is also lower than classic 580. So is there an MSI lightning for 6950 which has pre-configured unlocked multiplier to match the speed of 6970?

My normal powercolor 6950 1gb doesnt unlock, but it has dual bios and dual fans so i can OC it well past stock 6970 speeds.

Cool. Is there any 2 GB version also that does overclock the same? Because no matter how good it overclocks, but @ 25 X 16 resolution, just 1GB of frame buffer will definately bring this card on its knee:p
