Hello there guys

I'm newbie with overclocking, I have Asus P4T-E mobo and pentium 4 2.5 ghz 400 Mhz fsb cpu and 1gb of RDRAM PC800.

Can someone tell how can I make and stable overclocked system???

What are the first steps for overclocking????

The first step would be to do some research- actually READ about what you are planning to do. Not only does it apply to overclocking, but it's a valuable life skill :D

But I'll give you a little help. You'll have to start by raising your bus speed (FSB). I know nothing about your motherboard, chip, or RAM so I can't tell you much. But having an Intel system, you're limited to overclocking via FSB since your chip's multiplier is locked.
