over working my psu?

bout a year back i bought an allied 300w psu (new)....i was hust wondering if i should upgrade to more wattage ..this is what im running....

heatsink fan
msi 848p neo-v
80 gb, 7200 rmp 8mb samsung hdd
160 gb 7200 rpm 8mb western digital sata hdd
cd-r drive
dvd-rom drive
floppy drive
512 mb pc 3200 2.5v each

soundblaster
light up ide
80mm led fan
3x 80mm fans
 
I would suggest going PCP&C, SeaSonic, Enermax, or maybe Antec... They all make a good PSU.
