bout a year back i bought an allied 300w psu (new)....i was hust wondering if i should upgrade to more wattage ..this is what im running....

3x 80mm fans
 
I would suggest going PCP&C, SeaSonic, Enermax, or maybe Antec... They all make a good PSU.
