Out Of The Loop - Please Help

I've been out of the technological loop since about mid-January, at which point a I finished building the system described in my signature. Has anything truly monumental or at least notable happened since then?

PhysX support is coming to an NVidia card near you soon.
45nM Intel Quads are about to be released.
NVidias 9800GX2 is due soon and hopefully will show decent figures when reviewed with a driver that actually uses it as SLI not a single GPU.
