OT: Marketing tool for mass mailing customers

Hi guys, a little off topic here.

The marketing department in my company frequently sends out email to customers on the latest promotion that we have in our company and we gotta manage 3000+ email address.

I am looking for a better tool to manage this. This is because most of the time, I gotta filter through the list of email address checking for typo errors etc. Also looking for the tool to filter out the bounced email and remove this automatically from the mailing list.
