I was just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from thecardcooler.com recently? I placed an order over the weekend and it's been long enough for them to process the order but I still haven't gotten any kind of reply back as to whether my products have shipped, etc... Sent them an e-mail thismorning with my order # asking for info on the status but they haven't replied. I used them years ago and had good service but it's been a while and they have no recent feedback on resellerratings. Anyone used them recently? With this kind of service and the lack of recent feedback it makes me get the feeling they're going under and I'm not going to get what I ordered.

edit: was going to call them today but their phone # is listed on their site as being "temporarily unavailable".

I haven't ordered from them for a year or so but alwayshad decent service when I did order. Iaminterestedinhearing how this turns out for you.

I used them about a month ago. They weren't particularly informative in terms of confirmations and/or tracking numbers, but I got my stuff in a reasonable amount of time.

Anyone else? I sent off another round of e-mails last night and another one today to all their listed addresses with no response back. There still is no phone number listed on their site and the "fax" number doesn't go to a fax machine but goes to an anwsering machine with the default message after like 20 rings.

I did a whois on the domain and there is a contact # on there. Which is interesting since it's a different area code and their so called physical mailing addresses in the whois and on their site are in different states.

I have sent out many more e-mails and turned off my isp's spam filter to be sure and they still have been ignoring me. Worst service ever.

I called the # in their domain whois information which is supposed to be for the owner "Matt Robinson" but it goes to "Gary and Valerie's Apartment and Music Studio".
