Phone ordered a Evga 6800 ultra saying it is in stock only to find out a day after i made the order they changed the price and cancelled my order.

Phone ordered an item on august 10,2004 which was in stocked confirmed by sales personnel.

Item Evga 6800 ultra video card 499.99

My order was cancelled for no reason which i was never called to confirm for a cancellation.

Was sposed to be here on August 11,2004 first day shipping.

Called in only to find out its cancelled and they say my credit was denied which is a out right lie,bank statement says the charge has been processed.

Now you say is out of stock for the price of 499.99 now its 518.99

Is this how a business is run?
First impression is going to be the last impression on this company (you have just lost face).
 
report them to the better business bureau - to the state for fraud/theft - report the issue with the bank - report them to the ranking websites... report it to visa/mastercard
