Ordered an X850XT from ZZF

Hi guys, I just ordered this Radeon X850XT from ZZF. I was wondering why it is so cheap compared to the other X850XT's. My initial thoughts are that it is OEM, but I am not sure.

Also, this is my first time using ZZF, and after ordering it didn't show a reciet or anything and I don't see it in my Order History. I'm used to NewEgg being instant, so I don't know if this is normal or not. Is it possible that my order did not go through? Or does ZZF just take a bit longer before it shows the order?

It says Bulk under "product details" so I guess thats the same as OEM.
Also ZZF is teh sweetness.

Ok well, I tried placing the order again to see what happens and I am getting a message saying that my Credit Card has been denied. I probably just missed that the first time.

Earlier today, I placed a big order on NewEgg which went through just fine. However, ZZF seems to reject it now. Is it possible that there is a daily limit on my credit card? I just got this card recently so I'm not too sure.

Alright well, I found the same card for $20 cheaper on AllStarShop.com and placed my order, so far so good. No credit card rejections. I may be doing something wrong on ZZF, but we will see. I appreciate the comments guys.
