Hi, Im looking up upgrade the lighting in my Lian Li here pretty soon , (getting tired of blue) . Anyways, I was wondering if any of you guys have come across a website that sells orange cathode lighting ore orange tinted led 80mm fans.

Also , was wondering if there wasnt an option avalible like listed above if I could just buy White LED cathodes or fans an paint them orange so that they would give off an orange tint when lit up?

Thanks.

Going to use a copper-orange PC Power & Cooling PSU and some orange Ballistix RAM with that? :) Might as well go for the whole color scheme.

I don't think you can physically get an orange LED, I thought the only colours possible were white, red, green, blue, yellow and UV

I have 20 hot pink LED's :D

There is quite a few orange mods out there, certainly more than pink mods!

cool , thank you all for the responses, nice idea on the gel papers and plasic wrap too. :D

Luxeon makes some Amber (orange) LED's

One would light up the entire case. but 2 underpowered would distribute the light better.

I've also seen fans that were UV orange, meaning that if you had a UV light source in your case, they'd glow orange. Not as bright as an orange led lighted fan, but if you're looking for a softer orange color, that might be worth looking into. :)

Here's one that has the UV led's on it, to give you an orange glow with a little bit of the UV purple mixed in.

This is like what I was talking about above, where you need the seperate UV light.

They're calling this red, but it's pretty orange looking in the pics!

More orange UV fan goodness.

These fans are seriously orange, and require a UV light source to glow.

Some company also used to make ccfl fan grills, but I have no idea whether they made 'em in orange or not. Hopefully this is a good enough selection, with the others listed here, to get you nice and orange. <<orange cool guy!! LOL

Quality review:

Pros: Well it worked, and it was bright.
Cons: It was not in anyway red. more like bright orange and yellow, it sorta makes my case look like some kind of little girls play oven.

I had two of those at one time and they were very red. Could've just been the luck of the draw though.
