I seem to be having an issue with Oracle Virtual Box detecting 64-bit Processing with my Windows 10 Pro installation on my Dell M6800 Laptop because of the following screenshot from my system:

, which is only showing that it will allow me to install 32-bit versions of Microsoft Windows and I previously had 64-bit virtual machines running on this computer. For Example, I had a dual boot of Linuxmint Debian and Windows 7 Pro. Now I can't even get that to start. Can anyone help me resolve this or at least some of the error because Oracle doesn't seem to provide free software support especially for this program. I'm using Version 5.0.2r102096 and the download link says the download is for 32-bit and 64-bit in an all-in-one package.
