Opera scrolling problem...

Probably because it is in a frame so im guessing Opera doesnt know how to employ the scroll wheel into a frame

well, firefox doesn't do it either. I'm guessing crappy coding, because i've been to plenty of pages with frames, and the scroll wheel works fine when the mouse is over the particular frame.
