opening forums always logged out

Everytime I login, I select the "Remember Me" then login. It will stay logged in for a while but after say an hour of inactivity, it will log me out and I have to do it again.

It's done this on 3 different machines now. Maybe something got screwy with the forum downtime? Just wanted to give a heads up to Kyle or whoever about this.

Just a slight hassle to login eachtime
 
Oh I also have no adblocks nor any noscript type of addons.

I use firefox on every machine.
 
1. do the standard cookie clearing.

2. Chk your bookmarks and verify they are ok.

There is nothing from the site causing you to be logged out.
 
+1. Happens every time. I'm using Chrome.

This started happening right after that long "maintenance" couple days ago.
 
i did a cookies and cache wipe on firefox, still logs me out, did it here and at home
 
I am running chrome with no issues after clearing the hardforum cookies out.
 
I'm using Safari and this is also happening to me. It doesn't happen on my IE installs.

either way its a cookies issue.. ive had the same problem before, so i just kept deleting the cookies for hardforums over and over and eventually it will start working again.. for some reason its corrupting the cookie file.. last resort is reinstalling FF which fixes the problem as well..
 
hasn't it always logged you out after 15-30 mins of inactivity?? I don't remember 100 percent if that's the case or not.

nope.
I haven't had to log in since the servers came back up from the maintenance.
prior to that, I hadn't needed to log back in in months
 
I also have to log in every single time since the maintenance. I haven't changed anything on my end and I probably logged in a few times in a year before this.
