So, water cooling has been easy that I have totally forgotten about it. Now that I am looking to upgrade my rig, I started reading these forums and realize I have done NO maintenance of my cooling system. I think the last time that I flushed it out / changed tubes was in 2007 .... what is the recommended time to replace tubes, etc?

The counterpoint here, is that it shows how freaking easy water cooling is these days and how trouble free it can be when its done right
 
Tubing is really whenever you feel like it, or it gets too stiff to use it how you want to use it for.

Water is recommended to be changed about once or twice a year.
