sorry this has nothing to do with hardware but it does have to do with storage though. a year ago, i used a website called yousendit and you could send 1gb files accross the internet to your friends such as an avi movie or whatever, but now they have lowered their limit to a mere 50mb. does anyone know any good methods of transfering a 1gb file accross the internet to a friend similar to the yousendit method?

Assuming u both have high speed broadband internet, set up a vpn or a file server. You will be limited however by the upload speed of your carrier.

The easiest method would be to pick a chat service and send the files over the IM connection.
