I ordered various items on Thursday night around 6:30 PM CDT, from newegg, PCP&P, monarch and chumbo. Here's how it went:

PCP&C: PSU was out of stock. Got an e-mail from them at 3:15 PM on Friday informing me of this. My only complaint here is that their website doesn't show availability.

Monarch: This one worried me because I ordered the 3700 San Diego. I figured this one would get cancelled and I'd get a Venice/Winnie/Newcastle. Nope, shipped Friday evening, arriving today.

Newegg: I've always had good luck with newegg. Everything shipped even faster, it was all in FedEx's hands by 12:30 PM at the latest. I also ordered a replacement PSU Sunday night (overnight FedEx) and paid the $3.99 for faster processing. It was on the FedEx truck just after 7 AM Monday. Excellent. Everything arrives today.

And Chumbo wins the prize. The GPU I ordered arrived Saturday morning. Outstanding! But it actually took them *longer* than newegg to get it to FedEx. The bonus was that they shipped from St. Paul, MN and I'm just outside of Minneapolis, MN.

So all in all, a good experience. Unfortunate about PCP&P but not really a problem. Thumbs up all the way around.

Hummm, there's another thread on this somewhere all about online experiences. Contribute this post to the other thread. :)

I have always had good luck from NewEgg and Chumbo...

Glad to hear a positive story for a change than a negative one.

Have fun with the build
