old laptop lcd?

i have a 14.1" xga lcd out of my old laptop (1998) and i was wondering if there was a way to rig so i could hook it up to the dvi port on my 9800pro. i think if its possible it would make for a pretty kickass case mod.
 
it is possible, but not worth it. youd have to buy an expensive adadpter to do it. another cheaper option is to buy an old video card with a video feature output, and use a pinout sheet to connect it. i think thats only like 16 color or so, maybe more
