I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like that's a fiber channel (not SCSI) enclosure that's used in a number of large HP EVA arrays:

Probably not worth the time messing with it. It's not something that hooks directly up to a server. If you have a FC HBA in a server, might be worth messing w/ hooking it in directly :)

I came across one of these for FREE. Should I toss it in the trash? Its 2TB worth of drives.

Problem is I have absolutely no clue how to even start to get this thing working. The only interface is SCSI interface.

Well, it being wintertime, you could pair one of these enclosures with 14 drives and a pentium 4 based computer and it could probably keep your whole house warm.
 
I got me one of those from EBay a while ago with 10x 146 GB, 10k rpm drives. Its not FC tho, i got the double U320 SCSI version. It's fun to play around with but not really worth running it all the time because of the high power consumption/loudness/heat.
