Ok possible PSU issues during overclocking..

Ok i have a Enermax 465 watt PSU ...and i am currently overclocking a P4 3.2E Socket 478 to 4.0ghz (CPU temps are 47C idle and 54C load using a EXOS watercooling system) Also my Voltage is at 1.636 voltage for the CPU .. Now my PSU is running at 76C load and 65C idle ...i am starting to think its close to blowing up ..I am correct???
 
How are you getting your PSU temps?

That can't be right.. Are you thinking PWM temps? That's the power regulation circuit on the motherboard. It's pretty important for overclocking too, slap a few heatsinks on, or direct a fan there to cool it off. Either way, thats hot, even for a prescott board.

AHHH ..i am getting temps from Abit EQ program (i have a AI7 865PE board) so they are too hot i guess :( .. what kind of heat sinks are needed?
or what kind of fan ..low speed or high?
