Now i am not getting any thing on my monitor! it worked fine at 12 and 13 X166. But 11X200 oh no. The cpu is running cool so thats good. PLEASE HELP remember i have no signal to my monitor

alright my brain isnt functioning right at the moment because I love my compy. My motherboard is a Soltek 75FRN NForce2. I am going to look in the manual right now but please you guys look too.

Its the red or yellow jumper next to the battery. Well, it could be black or blue also.

unplug the power cord, wait for LED's to turn off, remove battery.

Put battery back in, plug power cord back in, turn on computer.

repeat after every failed OC.

Alright well my first time ocing went from utter blisss to terror in about one second. I have re overclocked my Barton 2500XP back to a 3000XP. Im not gonna fiddle with it anymore tonight. This is the greatest fourm on earth because everytime I screw something up you guys are always there with awnsers

On most modern motherboards you can boot up while holding down insert. It will boot with the default settings, and allow you to make changes, save, and reboot.

Actually, when you hold down Insert, it doesn't load defaults, it loads the Fail Safe settings.

Either way, you can get the machine back without having to open up the case.
