Anybody seeing these today? All of a sudden this afternoon several different clients (all running Exchange in house) seeing some random rejections from Outlook.com hosted recipients. All Exchange servers on static IPs, PTR records in place, etc. All recipients rejecting are apparently using o365 hosted mail.

BN1AFFO11FD057.mail.protection.outlook.com gave this error:
Service unavailable; Client host [x.x.x.x] blocked using Blocklist 1; To request removal from this list please forward this message to [email protected]

Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.

Also checked all of my client's IPs and domains against Blacklists, none of them are listed anywhere.

We had the exact same problem yesterday.

It was working towards evening.

Bizarre- gotta love O365... the cloud answer to our dreams! LOL. Yes- just found out they all started going through at all sites today. Wow. Of course, no response from MS, and we get 50 phone calls and emails that "there's something wrong with the server!!". No explanations.

Same issue here. I sent a message to Microsoft to delist. Interesting to know others also experienced this issue at the same time.
