Sorry if I put this in the wrong spot, but it seemed like the best place I could put it.

I have a bet going with a friend to see who can make their room look more like a post-apocolyptic computer hack center. Strange thing to do, but I'm a strange person.

I managed to get my paws on some monitors for free, about six of them so far to be exact. What Iw ant to do is build a steel rack to mount the monitors one on top of each other, angle em and just make it look jerryrigged.

I can do that fine, but I'm running into a problem. I want to hook all the monitors to a signle source so I can flip them on, but just have them display static. I have some old towers lying around that I could use, and I could easily program something to display static, but I was wondering if it would at all be possible to construct a box that when turned on, only does one thing, and that would be to display the static. For me this would be much simplar than coding it, and would make it look more professional to just flip a switch and have them turn on.

Any advice would be greatly received.

Thanks in advance.

just make ur room glow green and black and you'll be fine
