Odd Update Suggestions

Been a long while since I've done anything but piece meal my upgrades, but recently I've lost a hard drive and think I have a memory stick flaking on me, so I'm looking to upgrade or rather start over.

I do not play games on my PC anymore, I barely play games on my Xbox these days. However, I need support for triple monitors. Mostly Excel macros, Access databases, etc., And watching movies and what not.

I'm looking to go with two m.2 drives in Raid 0 as I have a 20tb storage/media server for file storage, so not a need for large local storage. So 250gb or so each will be fine I'd think.

I was hoping to find a motherboard with triple monitor support like the ASRock fatality boards, however, they require an APU, and the A12s are not out yet. I wanted to stay AM4 so if I change my mind I could grab a Ryzen and GPU. But what is the Intel equivalent of a decent APU?

I have a 480w 80+ PSU, which should be fine as the build should only require the motherboard connection since there is no GPU and no hard drives or optical drives.

I plan on wall mounting everything and using an a Corsair H60 AIO, so there will be no case fans, the one 120mm on the radiator can be run off the motherboard header.

Thoughts, comments, wth have you been smoking, I'm pretty much open for all comments or ideas. Let me know if I've missed something.

Budget is open, but not going to go crazy, i.e. don't need a $400 gaming motherboard.
