Ok so i asked my father if he could get some thermal epoxy for me..and so he did.. he gave it to me and said dont ask him for help cause he doesnt know how and we will proboly end up fighting after ..
anyway i got this thermal Adhesive and these 2 cylinders of epoxy, not sure exactly if the thermal adhesive is good enough for this heatsink:
Its for the southbridge of my ABIT- NF7-s v2.0 ..
Heres a pic of the epoxy and the therm adhesive
these are the links to its specs:
http://mgchemicals.com/products/1032.html
My main question
1. Will the thermal adhesive be enough to hold that heatsink to the southbridge?
2. Is this thermal adhesive better than, say arctic alumina. Im not sure how to interpret the specs of : Thermal Conductivity 0.83 W/m · °K
3. Should i use the above pictured epoxy with it? if so do i mix them or something?
